La Bella Vita on Marco 1802 South Seas Tower 3

Condo 1812 was absolutely beautiful! There was plenty of room for our family of 4. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and I appreciated the security of the building. The views were beautiful ! Tricia was a great host! Our check-in and checkout process was seamless! Simple and easy! I appreciated her checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and was willing to bring us anything we may need. The condo was perfectly stocked in the kitchen, including plastic bags, plastic containers, chip clips, cutting board, etc. there were beach towels and chairs, beach umbrella, wagon, and extra suntan lotion, which came in handy on our last day!! 1812 is a condo we will certainly visit again!

All great stuff. Ample communication(s) prior to arrival so that check-in (even "after hours") went smoothly. The condo is nicely furnished and well appointed with all desired amenities. Including beach chairs, umbrellas etc. It's a bit of a walk from the unit to the water's edge (about .4 miles), so be prepared to walk and get some exercise. The beach is wide! Though, it helped burn calories from the abundant meals we enjoyed at nearby restaurants on Marco Island. We enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely love staying at La Bella Vita Marco! We will make this a regular visit for us. Super clean and well taken care of. And completely stocked with all of your needs! Super impressed each time. 10/10 recommend. Amazing views too!
