Great hotel! Friendly staff and 24/7 security service made my stay feel very safe and comfortable. Place was really clean and had everything I needed for my stay in Mexico city

Stayed here for three nights. Location is very quiet which is great. It needs a deep cleaning and refresh. The living room had no window coverings or AC so if you were in the apartment in the daytime you need to stay in bedroom. Bedroom has an old noisey AC unit that blows directly on your head and drips water. The bathroom shower was filthy with very little water pressure. The apartment smells like sewer at night. The patio door doesn’t close properly. The smoke detector is missing

We booked through Airbnb, and although Santiago, the host was communicative, the apartment was very dirty. We found actual pieces of dirt between the mattress and the bed, countertops had some weird, crusty material that was not clean, the floors turned our feet black. See the pictures below. I hope they have a serious conversation with their cleaning company or find a new one because the apartment even though it was cleaned twice because of our original complaint, was never actually cleaned. Also, there’s a little bit of updating that needs to be done, it felt dark and the lighting was weird and not really comfortable for the amount of money that we paid. However, the building is in a great locationclose to nice restaurants and bars.
