We stayed here for 7 nights as a family of 2 adults and 1 child. The apartment was clean and facilities were excellent. Giacomo was an excellent host and met us at the apartment to hand over keys. Communication was excellent via WhatsApp. The apartment has good facilities, a large bathroom, the kitchen is well equipped with a kettle, microwave, hob and washing machine. There was a large double bed and a separate double sofa bed in the living area. The apartment is located in the Old Town of Monopoli and everything is within walking distance. There are two restaurants outside the apartment but noise was never an issue. Overall, would highly recommend and would definitely return.
We stayed here for 7days. The house is nice, clean, with all comforts and in a perfect place. Giacomo is very professional. We will certainly revisit the place! Recommended 100%
The host Giacomo was friendly and very helpful. On arrival he welcomed us and show us around the apartment. La Casetta di Porzia, is a unique, clean and beautiful apartment. As for location, you simply cannot get better, situated in the charming heart of the Old Town, less than a minute walk from the sea. Very happy with our stay, thank you Giacomo!
