Do you want to spend a few days in a quiet place, close to many services, restaurants, shopping centers, pharmacies, doctors, veterinarians, etc., as well as beautiful walks on beaches and protected parks surrounded by nature? This is the place for you. Don't miss it.

I'm not recommending this apartment at all, unless: -you like unclean, worn out places -arrogant owner -misleading description -places without air conditioning. So according to the description: - there is private parking. Hmm, true. Like 150 meters away, not dedicated, anyone from the street can go there, not locked. Statement is misleading -pool is available. Well, there is a pool you may use next to the parking. 150 meters away, used by another 300 apartments. Based on the photo we expected few (10-20-30) apartment share the pool, not 300+. Also expected pool is visible, so we may see the kids from the apartment. That's not the case. Photos are misleading -reviews told apartment is very clean. This is not true. The owner sent the cleaning lady to tidy up when we complained. That was nice of him, as we did not get charged for that. After the second cleaning the apartment was still under our expectations. This was simply cheating us! -Towels are worn out. (On that price level would expect them to be replaced more often) - No toilet paper was available. Had to buy for ourselves -Offered free shower equipment was not present. No problem if we know to take soap, but when they say there is, we did not bring any. Soap was not available for washing hands neither. -There is a mobile air conditioning unit available. It's not sufficient to cool down the room or the apartment. Funny is that for letting out the hot air, should you keep the window open. So whatever you cool down with the AC, immediately you let the hot air in. This solution is not acceptable in the 21st century :). And of course the unit is so loud, that you can't sleep while it's running. -Temperature is extremly high during summer season. If AC is not an option you may think the fan could help to cool down. Hahaha! It's simply noisy. The mobile fans noise level is something you would not tolerate. The built in fan would be a good solution, if it were installed properly. It makes a buzzing noise, so you may decide not to sleep because the noise goes on your nerves, or you turn that off, so go for boiling yourself. -the entire apartment was renovated... like 20 years ago, and nothing happened since. I mean nothing! The towel hanger is full of rust, the shower panel is rusty. Built in furniture is kind of old fashioned. Matress is moldy. -I'm not missing TV on my vacation, but the 17 inches (or something like that) TV is just a joke. Would be better if owner declares no TV, enjoy the beach, don't watch TV. -Washing machine is present, that works well, fridge works well, internet is present and works well. -kitchen equipment is missing some good knifes and coffee mugs, plates and glasses are okay. -making coffee. Well, i was not brave enough to use the cofee maker present. Again, in 2023 owner could buy a nespresso machine or similar, indicate what kind of capsule should you bring/buy. Investment of 60 euros, and what a difference! -sugar was not available in the kitchen. I did not plan to make a 3 course Sunday meal for the family, but few teaspoon of sugar for the coffee i could imagine. (Other places usually offer that) -When we arrived we complained for the owner that this place is not any close to what the advertisment says/shows. He was arrogant, and when we offered he can keep 1 day of rental, but return the remaining money, so we go and get other accomodation he highlighted that we should read more carefully that no money back upon cancellation! Ahh, thanks for the lesson! I can understand what i read, but he was selling something different from what the reality was. As a conclusion this was a bad experience for us. At least on that price! If you drive 10-15 more kilometers from the airport you are getting much better apartments for this money, hopefully better service, kind owners, etc! Don't forget! If you have to drive to get the beach, not 10 kms make the difference. But if you have to stay in such apartment it may ruin your entire vacation! Hope it was not boring and helps you to make a decision whether you want to rent out this apertment or not.
