Because it is in the historic center, it would be good for the restaurant to adapt to an international standard. In many countries we are not in the habit of having televisions in the interior areas of the restaurant, nor the latest fashionable dance songs in a place that is supposed to be for talking and eating, also strange, the cloth napkins or large paper ones. As for the food, well, the careful attention is appreciated. In short, a pleasant place, good regional wines, improving these small details makes it a superior category.
The rooms are very nice, but the service at reception is terrible. It's incredible that the maid doesn't give any information. The bathing water is cold, and there's no way to communicate between the rooms and reception since the phones don't work. There are no bellboys to take luggage to the rooms, and you have to carry your suitcases up very high stairs. They don't even tell you how to connect the cable to the TV, so you have to settle for listening to music. During my entire stay, the only people I had contact with were the two maids, who are very friendly. The young man at reception in the afternoon is despotic and rude. It's a shame that such a nice hotel has such poor service, even though it's one of the most expensive in the historic center. I went the weekend of September 15th and my stay at this hotel was truly unpleasant. I don't recommend it, and if I gave it two stars, it's because of the facilities and the rooms, which are truly beautiful.
Terrible service; they charge for everything, even though they're already charging a lot for the accommodation. The freshly cleaned room smelled like feet. The receptionist went to freshen it up, but it still smelled bad after a few hours. Parking is far away, and they charge extra per night per car. In the morning, they turn up the music in the hallways, and it's annoying to rest like that. There's no elevator, and there's no grip on the stairs. The only good thing is the image they sell.
