We where very impressed by the friendly staff. Great service excellent food taste. Close to el zócalo overall excellent service from all the staff. And the hotel very clean.

Clean and well located. Staff is awesome, rate includes breakfast and it's great choices. The receptionist assisted us arranging the tour and welcomed us from the minute we walked in the hotel

Overpriced. Horrible white light in rooms. The interior of the hotel and the rooms is really poor. It's not hard to put some nice furnishings in the rooms and hang some nice art. Got woken at 6am but staff preparing breakfast. and when we sat down for breakfast were told we couldn't have eggs. honestly, really regret staying here. It was a bad way to end our trip. Avoid this place.
