I’m traveling with my family. On the evening we arrived, the family room I had reserved was not available, so the hotel offered us their best suite instead. We stayed there for two nights. Later, when my daughter fell ill, I requested a late check-out. Although the room wasn’t available, they kindly offered us another room at no additional charge. From the front desk to room service, valet, and housekeeping—every staff member we encountered was outstanding and truly passionate about their work. The hotel was clean and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. On the first night, a fire alarm went off on all floors due to a system error, and later that evening, there was a power outage on the entire street for a few hours. Although these issues were beyond their control, the hotel handled everything with professionalism and care. Thank you so much to the entire La Clef Tour Eiffel Paris by The Crest Collection team!
Very nice hotel. The staff are amazing, kind and helpful, literally all of them❤️ But I would like to thank Mustafa in particular for helping us arrange our reservation and rooms. The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s close to everything literally. You can find next to the hotel groceries, pharmacy and a lot of restaurants. The room was soo big, i booked Superior Premium Room. I like how the hotel is secure, the main gate cant open unless u have the room card or one of the reception staff open it for u. I didn’t book breakfast with the room because I don’t want to miss out on the yummiest restaurant in Paris. I can’t wait to come back and stay again in this hotel 💓
Edit July 9th: the hotel manager personally approached to offer a compensation and apologies. That is a very good gesture. Original comment on July 7th: Subject: Unacceptable Incidents – Room 534 I am staying in Room 534. Today, we experienced two completely unacceptable incidents: 1. A false fire alarm at 8:00 AM for no clear or explained reason. 2. Since approximately 7:30 PM, there has been no electricity and no water. It is unacceptable that a so-called 5-star hotel in Paris, on Avenue Kléber, charging over 1000 Euros per night, does not have a functioning emergency power generator. I have mobility issues and rely on an electric wheelchair. Without power, I was forced to go up and down five floors, risking further injury to my leg. This is not only dangerous—it is inexcusable. To add to our frustration, on the day of our arrival, we were made to wait an hour and a half past the official check-in time before being given access to our room. The hotel staff are as kind and helpful as they can possibly be, but it is clear that the management and infrastructure of the hotel are failing them—and us. The management is nowhere to be seen, and the basic level of service expected at any hotel, let alone one in this category and price range, is simply not being met. It is appalling. We expect, at a minimum, a refund for one night of our stay. Let’s see if the hotel’s management has even the basic decency to respond appropriately.
