La Concha Key West Autograph Collection

We had a very comfortable stay here in key west. Start from Delaney at checked in is super awesome and very professional including introduce us the hotel facilities. Breakfast is amazing. Jenn and Krischelle is our server both of them are fabulous and not only taking a good care of us but care. Thank you so much for making us a great stay in the hotel.

Had two corner top floor rooms for our daughter's wedding weekend. Beautiful modern rooms with the best views of Key West (highest point in Key West and can see for miles). Great location on Duval with short walks to the shore to the west and to Hemingway Home (site of wedding) to the east. Brittany Odom was our concierge and had helped make all the hotel arrangements for us and others in the party, was there to greet us when we arrived, checked us in, took us up to the rooms and showed us how everything worked. We called on her numerous times during our stay - she's fantastic!!! The food service and bar staff were great as well...really enjoyed chatting with German at the pool bar. Service gets a 4 star instead of 5 because twice during a 5-day stay we had to ask for our room to be serviced, and when serviced, once didn't leave a bath mat, another time didn't leave wash cloths. The inconsistency here was the only downside to what was a fabulous experience.

This hotel is in a great location, but it's a flip for sure. The main lobby and restaurants are beautiful, the staff is nice but once you get into the rooms that's where it ends. We had a Jr. King Suite, the room looked nice, but then you see all the misses. Our toilet paper holder fell off the wall and was never fixed in the 5 days we were there. The bathroom shower was peeling, and the air conditioner didn't get the room below 70 degrees. The worst was house keeping, everyday we had to call down for towels, hand towels, and wash rags, we left a not for extra towels and still didn't get it. They never vacuumed or cleaned the floors. The shower was never cleaned. It was definitely not what you expected from this brand. Won't be staying here again.
