Excellent experience at this hotel. Very clean hotel with bright and quiet environments. Varied breakfast, with homemade desserts and with a service that is always prompt, kind and accurate. A special applause to the reception manager, Mrs Mariella, very professional and with a smile and manners very kind and welcoming who put the guest at ease. Mariella provides lots of information about the city and its services. Always available for any needs. Highly recommended hotel.

Highly recommended! The hotel is just a few minutes drive from the center of Matera and is welcoming and clean. Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. The pride of the location is certainly Mariella, a helpful, friendly, kind, nice and easy-going girl. From the booking stage onwards he was able to prove himself professional and at the same time well disposed to our requests. She also proved to be an excellent guide and dispenser of very useful advice, especially for those who are not local. What can I say, we are completely satisfied with our stay and will certainly return to this place if the opportunity arises.

The lady who welcomed us was lovely, such a hard worker and very nice. The room was clean and the breakfast good. BUT the pictures online give a different image than in real life. We were dissapointed and for 144 euro for 1 night is was way too expensive: The room is outdated, you get 2 seperate beds, no WiFi, old shower and the view of the balcony is bizar. We could not find the logic of why you leave all the trash and even a toilet laying on the ground. I mentioned it with the staff but a discount was not possible for us. Definitly NOT a recommendation.
