La Cotentine

Everything about our stay at La Cotentine was wonderful. The house is delightfully and tastefully decorated, our room, overlooking the garden, was light and airy, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was luxurious. And everything was immaculately clean and well kept. And that wasn’t even the best part. Christel is such a wonderful and kind host, and goes to the greatest lengths to make the guests’ stay perfect. Every morning she brought out new “surprises” for breakfast. Not the standard French breakfast, but a variety of pastries, savouries, freshly-cut fruit, and creative dishes, different each day. A really wonderful four days, we were so relaxed at the end of it.

Beautiful flat, big enough for 2 people with very good bed and very clean. Design and details of the rooms also very nice. The host Christel does not leave open any wish: restaurant booked by her, breakfast rich and different every day. Parking place in front of the hause, beach only 5 minutes far. We enjoyed our stay at Christelle's house, the house is set on a quite street and a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. We stayed in the pink romantic bedroom, the bedroom definitely lived up to the photos! The bedroom is excellently finished, decorated beautifully with a very comfortable bed and luxury bed linen. The highlight of the bedroom was the built in wall fire place which added the romantic and cosy feel. Breakfast was well presented with delicious local produces.
