Would come back again, highly recommend. Quality facilities, excellent location, good breakfast, service varies by the staff but has generally been positive especially the smaller staff with black hair unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was very attentive and even asked if we wanted to get a lift back to the station after seeing we're in a rush. The TV in the room actually displays useful information and is easy to navigate.
Excellent overall stay. Great location in the center of town, a short walk to all the good restaurants. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel for the free town bus that takes skiers to the lifts/trains. The balcony had an excellent unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. Good breakfast with good staff. The spa has a small indoor pool, a small indoor pool with warm (but not super hot water like a hot tub). Dry sauna, and wet sauna and a "freezer room". I wish the room had a fridge so we could store some drinks and cheese. We didn't ask if they could bring one to our hotel room. The ski store next to the hotel offers discounts on sales and rentals to the hotel guests. Overall worthwhile stay and we'd love to go back.
We got lucky with this hotel, we had searched for a little while for a hotel that could tick our boxes and this one seemed too good to be true. It was absolutely fantastic for many reasons. The main reasons were the comfy beds and clean rooms. The spa facilities were beautiful and relaxing, unfortunately children were allowed to access the facilities whilst we visited. They were noisy in the outdoor pool and the indoor jacuzzi, this was a shame as the facilities were very good, but with more children using them inappropriately, the space will become worn down. The service in the hotel bar lacked warmth, they seemed bored and inattentive when we asked for a couple of drinks. The food options were quite expensive and there lacked variety meaning we didnt stay for food at the hotel. The positive is the hotel is really well placed and plenty of food options are nearby. Its a short distance from the train station and we weren't given the option to have a transfer so walked our cases through the cobbled streets for 10minutes to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again, it isn't far off the perfect stay, just a few tweaks in our opinion that would make it better
