The staff was very friendly and helpful, they've spoken good english. The hotels location is also great, if you will spend much time on the Circuit of Jerez. The room itself as well as the bathroom are spacious. It contained a heating system and a safe as well as much storage space. Unfortunately the hotel could use a little update when it comes to it infrastructure. I can see that it must have been wonderful several years ago. There was a gap between the windows and also the bathroom could use an update regarding the joints.

We were here on a non race day but I presume the circuit was open for the weekend as motorcycle track days. The hotel was very quiet (people) during the day but a lot of vehicles at night. Did not seem busy. Impression was of living on former glory. Communal areas were good but room was tired. Did not seem to be many staff. I was told that I could get a drink in the bar/restaurant (7pm) but was totally ignored by the bar man who was more interested in his coffee. Snack bar better and best for breakfast, at least there were staff available. Took us about 25-30 minutes to drive to the old centre of town and location seemed to confuse sat nav so we had numerous circuatous routes back from Jerez. Good pool.

The hotel was ok, but the cafeteria is permanently closed and the bar food prices are ridiculously high (6€ for a half portion of chips/French fries, a hot pork sandwich consisting of literally two slabs of bread and pork in-between). The hotel itself is looking a little tired, with threadbare carpets on the stairs and flaking paint/dirty on the outside, but the rooms were pleasant and clean - just not sure if justified the 4* rating on the booking site I used.
