La Demeure D'ervee

We spent a wonderful weekend in la Ferme d’Ervée de Saint-Roche. 15 of us, together making memories on this gorgeous property. The owners, Fabrice and Catherine hosted us with a warm hospitality. It was home away from Home. Breakfast served on a communale table, full of local Jams , organic honey and fresh daily bread from town. Local Yogurt and White cheese from the very renowned Isgny Ste Mere allows you to enjoy all the local palatable treasure of the area. Catherine’s unforgettable ~ ‘Oeuf à la Coque’ (soft boiled eggs ) freshly picked from her gardens hens , were PERFECTION. Catherine and Fabrice very attentive to our needs meticulously planning our daily activities , coupled with a very organized schedule , not to miss anything of this culturally charge area of Normandy - The rooms are tastefully decorated individually themed and many accommodate families with children comfortably. The Site is eco friendly and very respectful of the environment . OH! We will return, and i wish you readers to experience this place, where you are submerged in culture , world history , traditional cuisine of the region of Normandy, surrounded by the warmth and gracious welcome of Catherine and her husband

There is no better place to be than La Ferme d’Ervee Saint Roch when visiting the beaches of Normandy. The home and rooms are beautiful and immaculately kept. What’s even better is the kindness and warmth of the owners who host you. The scenery around the home is breathtaking and its location places you at a 15 minute drive to all the main battle sites. It is my favorite place to be and the only thing that is bad is leaving there…because you just want to stay forever.
