La Dependance

This is a great hotel. It is located right in the square across from the lake. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious. Although they don’t advertise it, they have a small indoor parking garage and only charge 12 euros per night. It is difficult to get parking in town, so this came in handy. Great value and fantastic location.

I spent one night at this hotel, they asked me to leave at 10 am and we had a tour booked, so we left our bags in their care at the front desk. That same day, we picked up our luggage at 2:45 pm. From there, we headed to the Milan airport for our flight. When we arrived at the airport, we opened our suitcase to arrange it and make it more compact, and my daughter realized she was missing several items, including eight blouses from Polo Ralph Lauren, Brandy Melville, and Aritzia (all small sizes) all with an approximate value of USD 500. Prior to leaving the hotel room (number 402) I helped my daugther packing and the ítems were there. I emailed the hotel explaining the situation but we never received any response, more than half of the clothes that she brought for this trip was gone while the luggage was in their care.
