La Dimora del Conte

Very large, clean and well located hostel in the center of Pescara. The location is amazing, 5 minutes walk from the beach and the train station. The host, Eugenio, was very helpful in answering all my questions. The room also had a private bathroom which is certainly a plus. You can have breakfast for 7€ which I recommend due to the variety and quality of the food.

We’ve stayed here for 3 nights, from Thursday to Sunday. The first thing we can attest to is the amazing hospitality of the host, Eugenio. He’s a one-man- show, good at everything he does, including receiving us close to the middle of the night, showing us to the room, serving us breakfast in the morning and overall being a very good host. We’ve spent 15 minutes just casually talking to him, he pours his heart and soul in everything he does, he gave us good tips on what to visit, he speaks very good English and he was always at our disposal. The breakfast was high quality, with local products (salami, cheese and fresh sweets, as well as very good coffee). The room: very large, unexpectedly comfortable, with a bed in which we’ve slept better than in our home and with a balcony that has 2 chairs and a small table. The place is really close to the beach and to a lot of very nice restaurants. We definitely recommend Eugenio’s place to everyone wanting to visit Pescara.

Very nice b&b in the middle of the city centre. You won’t need a car if you stay here. My room was a decent size, very large toilet and balcony although being on the 7th floor it was very hot, however there was air con in the room, which made it much bearable. The host was really nice and welcoming and tried to accommodate all of my requests. He also gave us vouchers for Italian breakfast ( coffee and croissant) at a nearby coffee place.
