La Dimora delle Fate Luxury & SPA

This place was amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The room, the room! Incredibly luxurious, with really nice touches like prosecco and candlelight awaiting us when we checked in. The town itself is quaint and inviting. It’s a great base to explore Salento.

I wish that there was a six star rating that we could post for La Dimora Delle Fate. Not only was our room spotless, the room seamlessly blends the old architecture of southern Italy, with new convenience and modern comfort that one would expect from a luxury hotel. Nonetheless , the stunning room and luxurious amenities pale in comparison to the wonderful and seamless service that our hotel manager provided with us. From even before we arrived our host accommodated our late arrival…as Canadians in southern Italy we did not know the local customs , timing /names/locations for the best restaurants, we had an issue with a flat tire and our host went over and above to fox our vehicle, arrange taxis for a wedding, ensuring that they were timely and cost efficient. As someone who lives in a very different culture the service and guidance we revived was invaluable. Even as seasoned travellers, we will stay again and return to La Dimora delle Fate year after year- it blew our expectations out of the water… I would encourage anyone to stay here who is seeking the trip of a lifetime . 😍

We stayed with Antonio and Antonella for five nights and it was amazing. The rooms were beautiful and always so clean, and we were greeted with a beautiful welcome gift. The breakfast each day was also very generous and delicous. We were amazed at how much Antonio went out of his way to make our stay incredible, from organising a car for us to recommending some great restaurants, I have never experienced such service from such kind people. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for an unforgettable stay in Miggiano, we hope to come back!!
