A Rare Find – Elegant, Intimate, and Incredibly Warm We almost didn’t book Dimora Santagata because it had fewer than 100 reviews—and I was hesitant to take a chance on something so new. But the glowing feedback convinced me to go for it, and I’m so glad we did. What an absolute gem. This is, without exaggeration, one of the most delightful small hotels we’ve ever stayed in—and we usually seek out exceptional, design-forward properties. Dimora Santagata isn’t a large luxury hotel, and that’s exactly its charm. It feels more like being welcomed into a beautifully designed private home, where every detail has been carefully chosen to create a sense of calm, style, and ease. The rooms are spotless, serene, and thoughtfully appointed, and the overall atmosphere is one of understated elegance and warmth. What truly makes this place special is Alessandra. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like valued guests—gracious, incredibly helpful, and always available with thoughtful suggestions and heartfelt hospitality. Her generosity and personal touch made all the difference. If you're hesitating because of the number of reviews—don’t. This is a standout small hotel, filled with heart and beauty. We feel incredibly lucky to have found it and can’t wait to return.

The most perfect week at Dimora Santagatha during the Noto flower festival. It felt like staying at a lovely friend’s house. Alessandra is the most perfect host, her recommendations and advice made my stay even more special. The whole experience is one of simple elegance and attention to detail.

Where to even begin with this gorgeous hotel! We have just had the most unbelievable stay here and we cannot wait to return and recommend it to everyone we know. Firstly the interiors and rooms are just perfection. Every single detail has been thought of and it has been lovingly designed and styled to look like it has come straight out of architectural digest magazine! The rooms are large, beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast is served in a beautiful area outside with an adorable menu that sets you up perfectly for the day. The location is incredible being just 5 minutes from all the best restaurants in noto and you can easily find parking near by. The most incredible thing about this hotel are the people who work here. Every single person is so lovely, attentive and makes you feel right at home. Alessandra was the most incredible host and again made us feel so welcome from the moment we turned up. Alessandra helped with brilliant advice on what to do each day and even helped with reservations at the best restaurants and always made an effort to chat to us daily. This is something we have never experienced before! We even were able to go to a beach bar near by and as they had a connection we were given the best beach bed totally free. Honestly we cannot recommend this place highly enough.. it is a little gem that we feel so fortunate to have enjoyed and we wish we were staying longer. Unbelievable value for money.. book here you won’t regret it!
