A luxury hotel, it impresses you as soon as you enter, it was an old flour mill, all its wooden machines completely restored, and all of this integrated into a modern and updated renovation of high quality, with beautiful decoration. The ceilings, all made of wooden beams, all restored and preserving and respecting all the essence of the mill. Super spacious, bright rooms with spectacular views, and all of them with high ceilings made of real mill wood, rooms with freestanding bathtub and shower, and all modern decoration. As for food and cuisine, very good quality products, and careful presentation and plating, a kitchen at the level of this hotel, a very good restoration. Due to its interior and exterior spaces and its kitchen, I think it is an ideal place to celebrate an event or the wedding of your life. They are fully prepared for it. The owner is always attentive to her guests, to the details, to her floral decorations on the tables, and to the decoration in general. It seems to me to be a romantic, cozy, and differentiating place, 100x100 recommended. Very close to Palencia and less than an hour from Valladolid, with a landscape surrounded by water and wheat fields. I have been impressed.
A place you absolutely must visit. Excellent in every way. The attention and care for guests are particularly noteworthy. You feel right at home. Roxana Sevinger, a prestigious chef, delights any diner by preparing luxurious dishes that combine excellent presentation and preparation. Liliana, attentive service and exquisite care for guests. In short, an unforgettable 48 hours. We will definitely return. Congratulations.
It's a beautiful hotel, with a philosophy of quality in the broadest sense of the word, something few others embrace. I loved the warmth, comfort, good taste, and tranquility of this beautiful hotel, renovated from a former flour mill that also houses a museum. And what can I say about the cuisine? It's delicious, healthy, and features many organic products.
