This was one of the most incredible places we visited during our three weeks in Italy! The location in Southern Sardinia is amazing with stunning vistas and crystal blue water beaches nearby. The food was mind-blowing as Marco cooks gourmet dinners with local ingredients. The property, which is a sanctuary for small animals, birds, and turtles, was beautifully laid out and incredibly charming with great rooms and spaces for yoga and massages. Best of all were the hosts Marco and Loris who made us feel right at home. We truly didn’t want to leave.

Love oh Love! This place is magical! If you haven't been here, you missed something obligatory for Life! Loris&Marcos Hospitality is phenomenal. The place is an oasis with beautiful animals. Turtles, donkeys, Lamas, Goats, Dogs and crazy birds. All is done with absolute passion! That's just the beginning! The FOOD is soooo delicious and regional. Damn! I will miss it. Something truly special!!! 🫏❤️🐢 It’s not our first time in Sardinia, but these two wonderful people, with their turtle farm, now make us dream completely of emigrating… Loris and Marco – we believe they’ve truly made it… – even though running this oasis must be an absolute full-time job. Despite, or perhaps precisely because of, their immense dedication, they have created a place that is not only a sanctuary for animals but also for the people lucky enough to visit. These two enchanting souls have crafted a haven full of love for both people and animals, and we were treated to the most divine meals in a warm, family-like atmosphere (it is TRULY exceptional – and we are quite spoiled… ;-) The location is also unique. In about 20 minutes, you can be in Cagliari or at the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia! If you ask Marco or Loris, you might even get some “insider” tips… we found, even in July during the high season, an almost deserted, beautiful bay perfect for picnicking and diving… Anyone who approaches this special place with an open heart, mindfulness, and appreciation will be rewarded a thousandfold! On our Sardinia trip, we immediately felt homesick after leaving and wanted to return… We will come back – if we may – perhaps as soon as next year! Something truly special!!! Ulla + Miro ❤️
