What a great place to stay. Location is 👌
Love the location of this hotel, beachfront. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Pauline the receptionist was so helpful to send our forgotten items to our house within 3 days. Thank you! We were given 2 rooms, 1 room right next to the stairs and water fountain where everyone gathered and chit chat. We disliked this room, it was very small and messy. There is zero privacy in this room, it has a terrace with neigbhours so closed to each other sitting on the deck chairs just outside the room. However, the room of our teenagers were great. Cleaned and with privacy.
in my opinion the best hotel in Arcachon city center close to the beach, with there own secured parking garage. The standard modern rooms are rather small, but big enough and all have a balcony. Breakfast with good choices is served in the room, but when busy they also have a buffet.
