We stayed here as the Portes du Soleil area was so full, this was the nearest place with availability. Never would I return. We were put in room 20, an awful family room, which is not only too small, the only window is around 80cm square window over a roof looking at the side of a block of apartments. Not good. Other rooms have patio doors and normal windows.. so we just seem to have had really bad luck. When we arrived we are told that the bar and restaurant are closed. We ask where to go and are told there is nowhere. So we eat take away in our room, far from ideal. The second night we get back, having spoken about a table for us at 7pm, however nothing is in the book and they are now full. Ask if there is any food available to be told by a young lady with an ‘I really don’t care’ attitude there is nothing. No bar service, no interest in our predicament, she just disappears so she doesnt have to deal with us. We try everywhere and can’t find anywhere in the local town that seems good. It seems to be an absolute black spot for decent eateries. Reviews for everywhere locally are shocking. We feel like the hotel couldn’t care less, just a list of local decent restaurants would help… but there seems to be a theme… The big issue is the hotels 4 star rating. Lets be clear this is not deserved. A 4 star hotel has much better standards. The hotel has little or no communal space, no real bar area, a small restaurant that cant serve (or cant be bothered to serve) theri own guests. If you are not in your room, you have nowhere to go. So again we have take away....in our awful room. I strongly recommend if you are reading this you give this hotel a wide berth, it will ruin any relaxing holiday you think you may have. Its tired, the staff really dont care and the theme that runs through is that they are only interested in taking your money. A thoroughly awful experience, one which we would have left immediately if we could have done. I wish star ratings were reviewed more often, this hotel would have no chance of retianing a 4 star rating. Would not recommend. Really awful experience

Definitely not 4 Star restaurant... food has no taste at all my worst vegetarian meal ever thank god they serve baguette 🥖 that was my dinner..
