La Festa Phu Quoc is located right next to Kiss Bridge and the Hom Thom cable car. An excellent hotel to stay in which is right at the centre of Sunset Town and the clock tower. We booked the ocean view room which faces the Kiss Bridge and had a view of the daily fireworks too. Room was excellent, comfortable and has all the amenities including a sun hat and a straw beach bag. Very thoughtful of the hotel catering to the needs of holiday makers for when they need to go to the infinity pool or the beach. Their buffet breakfast at The Merchant has a wonderful spread and a variety of fresh fruits. There is also a Vietnamese 3-layer coffee station where they make the coffee on the spot. Do try that. Thank you to Ms Van and Huong for their friendly smile and great service. The hotel has a fully equipped gym where we spent some time working out the calories. There is also an excellent Eforea Spa for massage and treatments. Do go between 10am-1pm where they have some discounts or promotional offers. Great location and an excellent 5-Star hotel.
We had a great experience here. The staff was very supportive and helpful during our check-in, which took quite some time. The room was clean and smelled good, one thing about it I didn't like is that the doors were really heavy. I highly recommend the rooms with an ocean view where you can watch fireworks at night, totally worth it. They offered many choices of cuisine for breakfast and most of the ones I tried were excellent compared to other places. Drinks at the lobby lounge are mid, but the view was amazing and the staff was friendly. They have delicious welcome drinks, it’s too bad they don’t serve it at the breakfast buffet. The hotel gifted you free tickets to Kiss Bridge and the Kiss of the Sea show as well. Overall, would want to come back when I visit PQ again.
Nice hotel with an amazing view of the fireworks. The pool and breakfast was really nice as well, with a wide array of breakfast food made fresh. Area around the town is a bit deserted, but have plentiful spas and restaurants nearby, alongside the cable car.
