It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well. The cleanliness is perfect and the mattress comfortable. My friend loved the towels so much that were very soft and large he said he wanted to buy one. The extra warm blanket on the bed is very soft. My only suggestion for the room would be to have somewhere in the shower, like a hanging caddy, to put the soap and shampoo as there was no place except the floor. The hotel and restaurant are completely accessible, there is a parking space for disabled and a lift. I was excited to see there were vegan options on the menu, for dinner I had grilled vegetables (see picture) and vegetable noodle wok. Both excellent. For breakfast they had soy milk available for my coffee. I sure appreciate being able to eat well. My only suggestion would be to get a bread with a slightly softer crust. Upon departure, the owner helped me to the car with my suitcase. For all my future stays in Lugo, this will be where I go. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work.
Excellent, we will definitely return. The room was nice, the staff and service were excellent. The restaurant and cafeteria were vert welcoming and good food. Overall an excellent experience that we will repeat.
