Shameful, I go in May to speak with the owner Antonello, he shows me the house I ask for one for 5/8 people however I make him understand that it must be a large house he confirms that it is for 5/8 people we agree on the price of €2500 in the contract from 15 to 30 August 5 people write to me never says to be calm that the price was for the apartment as the house is large, in the contract it says €2500 and that's it We arrive on 15, we communicate that there are 8 of us and the owner starts talking about living expenses not mentioned in the contract plus related consumption expenses for the 3 more people and starts making a fuss to get some money, having no problems we agree for €400 more. After a couple of days cockroaches begin to come out of the upper bathroom, the child, being afraid, asks his sister to go away and after a couple of days the 3 more people leave, I inform Antonello of what happened and he gives me a good deal saying that he couldn't do anything about it if there are cockroaches however I ask to deduct some money as I have only paid €2700 therefore €2500 from the contract plus €200 in black without a receipt in fact he makes me sign on the contract that I have only received 2300 and not 2500, in any case we agree for only €100 but after days Mr. Antonello calls me threateningly that we owe another €200, I repeat to him that it was €100 and he starts making a scene that it wasn't written in the contract he had to have €400 more anyway he decides not to have any more money but on the last day he threatens him and wants the remaining money and fortunately we didn't give him anything.
