La Gazelle d'Or Resort & Spa

Place was really very nice. It was my first visit to Sahara and I was the happiest person to be there! Staff is good enough, gentle and polite. It has huge area for relax and walk with baby too. I visited them with my 2 years old son and everything was good enough. Interior, exterior, architecture, yard, palms. I love this place. Price is not cheap but acceptable for this place! I recommend this hotel.

I was very disappointed the amount of money I paid then you get very poor service the team communication very poor they had different information the restaurant staff are good helpful the place was beautiful air condition not working blowing hot air also I ordered sandwich from the swarming pool they made it after a complain over an hour either then that I won’t come back again afraid the bus to airport unorganised I am been giving 2 times 6 am and 6:30 am I am hoping to train your staff on higher standard as you do have a good place need to improve your service will be much better

The room are very old no amenities in the room to towels, in the first call with online booking they didn’t informed us that was no availability in the villa section ,they put us in the room with out informing us the room are basically a hotel style like normal one , the reception lady was so rude with not professional at all with a tone of aggressive attitude the hotel location is nice the food was not healthy with no choice . Staff in the restaurant was nice helpful but reception girl was out of standard with rude behavior
