I wasnt there yet, but I booked a Gift Card. I can only rate the service. The front office manager was extremely helpful and friendly. I needed the voucher within short time, which is close to impossible since the have to recieve the payment first and then send it via post. However, the personel moved heaven and earth to help me and found a solution where he would make me a personalised email with a hotel brochure that I could print and hand over as a gift the next day !! Top service ! Maxime Gensler is the BEST ! Thank you so muchg for your help !

We had my mom’s 80th birthday in the big banquet room. The staff was 100% on their game. The food was outstanding. It was a five course meal and the presentation and flavors were excellent. They made us feel welcome all night long and at the end of dinner the owner even came over and checked in with us to make sure we were having a nice time. They even gave us a tour of the wine cellar. Definitely a five star experience. Can’t wait to stay at their hotel next time!

Despite confirming on several occasions that there was a very safe / secure parking space for my rather special car, this was not the case and to make matters worse, a party for 85 guests was happening that evening - with guests parking around the car. My worst nightmare in other words. The room itself was fine, but no air conditioning was available in the room. Dinner - the beef "from the local butcher" was tough and fatty and we left most of it. No notice was taken when I mentioned this to the waitress though. Reception was supposed to be manned at 6:30 am, but nobody arrived until after 7. Breakfast from Monday - Saturday was from 7 am according to the room information. This was not the case and the receptionist who arrived after 7, brought some bits for breakfast as we had to leave early and could not wait for whenever the "proper" breakfast would be available.
