Okay, initially we were disappointed with our room! However, they resolved the issue the same day and it was great! Economy rooms do not have windows. So, don't book that! After expressing our concern they immediately resolved our issues and we not only had a window, we had a balcony!!! The room service is the best. You'll never get room service this good. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great place, great location! Phenomenal location.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and unfortunately must point out several negative aspects. First, the reception and housekeeping staff’s attitude left much to be desired: no polite greetings upon our arrival, during our comings and goings, or even when passing staff members in the hotel corridors. This lack of courtesy projects an unprofessional image. Secondly, the condition of the bathroom was clearly unsatisfactory: persistent dirt marks and damaged fixtures, which is unacceptable for an establishment of this category. The only positive point of our stay was the breakfast, which was varied and pleasant, served by smiling and attentive staff. The receptionists and housekeeping team could learn a great deal from the restaurant staff, whose professionalism and kindness were truly appreciated. As things stand, I would not recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made regarding cleanliness and the quality of the welcome.

Good location. Everything else is bad about this hotel. I was put in a room that was an interior room with no window. It had a door that opened to a joint platform in a very dark staircase and if it's not locked the room next to you can get in. The mold in the showers and lack up care of the place was visible everywhere as you can see from my pictures. They switched me from room the next day to a room that had no working AC or heat but the weather was nice that we slept with the window open since we got moved to a room with an exterior window looking outside.
