Lovely family hotel! Nice location in Val di Fassa, within short walking distance of the ski lift. But what makes this hotel so exceptional is the staff and the facilities for children. Staff is constantly doing their utmost best to fulfil all needs and go beyond the usual expectations. We can recommend the 3/4 board option with included breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner. ALL menu options could be made gluten-free by the kitchen staff as opposed to the usually limited gluten-free offerings in similar hotels.
Fantastic hotel and hosts. Food is spectacular. Amazing views of surrounding Dolomites. Would love to stay here again.
Good location! Great service for the kids, everything laid out perfectly and great activities. Very friendly staff. Good value for money in general. The breakfast (the restaurant in general) was a bit disappointing, as well as the parking area and the internal area for children, too small and cold, even the opening hours limit the possibility of going with children in certain timetables.
