La Isla Huatulco

Aweful place! STAY FAR AWAY! It’s not worth all your hard earned money. My older kids saved all year to go to this place and we were met with disappointment from the get go. When we walked in our room there were no pillowcases, no blankets, no water, no anir conditioning and the fridge not plugged in. Floors were very dirty and pool had visible mold all around the sides. My son, who has cerebral palsy, gat a bad bacterial infection due to the nasty pool condition. Locals were allowed to come eat at the buffet and we had to basically be in a race to get food otherwise we lost out. Not hygienic at the buffet or the bar area either as there were flies all around and the staff thought nothing but to put dirty placemats on the table which attracted more flies. There were only 5-6 dishes to choose from at the buffet and when we ordered from the bar, the sandwich came out burnt and they would not redo it. When I asked to speak to the manager, the front desk girls laughed and were so disrespectful. When I eventually got to talk to the manager, nothing was done and no compensation offered. I would NEVER go here again, and I would give this place no stars if I could. Disgusting, shameful and despicable place.

This place has the worst customer service. I did a reservation which they did not honor. I spoke with the mananager who was a female lady very rude. She did not care about the complain of not respecting the reservation. All.the personnel refused to give their names and care less. I have to find another place. I found out they had preference over a local tourist coordinator which I found very unfair. This was a.paid reservation and still didn't listen. They just said there was double booking. I advice people from another country and inside Mexico to avoid staying at this hotel. They have zero customer service and they are fraudulent. They take your money and then they rent the room again and, leave you on your own. By, the way this has been my only bad experience in Huatulco. First time I was using this hotel never again!! :(

Very dirty, bad service and all the rooms are bad, the worst thing I have visited in Huatulco.
