La Laguna Gran Hotel

Very nice hotel in the city centre of la Laguna. The staff is very attentive. Even in the middle of the night we received three complementary water bottles to our room. I was so shocked, I couldn’t even tip the guy, who brought the water. Tried to make up for it with a bit of extra tip in the pillow the next morning. Rooms are of good standard, and integrated in the classic architecture of the old town hotel building. Hotel seems to be aiming for 5 stars in the nearer future, so stay tuned. We don’t check the restaurant or the other facilities of the hotel, as we had a rather business oriented schedule.

This is the best hotel we've stayed in on the island. The staff was very kind and friendly, the room was spacious + amazing, and the location phenomenal. We got a room upgrade too! This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We were also able to store our bags safely at the reception. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. The atmosphere is well curated and it was a peaceful/well appointed place to stay. The only issue was that the rooms were a little on the warm side even after we asked the staff to lower the temperature and the walls are pretty thin - we heard phone calls and alarms very easily.
