La Locanda del Pontefice

Between the stunning views, the incredible amenities (especially the hot tub with the view), and the outstanding service, I felt very comfortable every moment of my stay. What made this stay truly exceptional, was how the staff went above and beyond. They assisted in booking the church for my wedding day! This personal touch and willingness to help with such a meaningful detail meant the world to me. We had an amazing time, and really enjoyed the restaurant ! I cannot thank the team enough and am already looking forward to coming back.

Location ; superb view on the lake with a lot of vegetation. Unfortunately the hotel is on the side of a very busy road and it is quite dangerous to leave the hotel just for a walk. Room ; clean and as described. Bed is very comfortable. I had a cigarette smell coming from the ventilation on my first night. Also sound proofing is poor. I could hear the steps of the waiter from the restaurant. Breakfast; superb ! All was good and great 😃 Service; service was good and welcoming.

Lovely hotel near the lake, with a great view and great location. The rooms are very spacious and have their own independent entrance, separate from the reception and the rest of the building. The only small "issue" we had was with ants in the room, we saw some on the floor as soon as we arrived on the night and woke up with some more around our stuff in the morning (e.g. when I woke up and looked at my phone, there were 2 ants on it). We haven't seen any in the bed but that maybe that is something the hotel should take care of. In the room we also had a very small kitchen with a mini fridge where we got 2 complimentary water bottles, which were very appreciated given the hot temperature. The temperature of the room was great given that there was a great a/c system. Car park doesn't need to be booked in advance but is not included in the booking, and costs 10 euros per day.
