Great find! Very well maintained, clean and service oriented. A short distance from the tourist area of the Night Market, but close enough. We'll worth the price! Will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Chiang Mai. Been here for 10 years and used to work in the hotel industry and owned a tour company, so I have vast knowledge of the industry. Enjoy ...
When we first checked in, the two staff members on duty were incredibly helpful — we had made a mistake with our booking, and they went out of their way to help us fix it. However, the manager was extremely rude. HalalBooking even called her to resolve the issue, but she was uncooperative and dismissive. I ended up using the free cancellation option provided by HalalBooking, and honestly, I regret rebooking with them at all after how she behaved. The hotel photos are quite misleading. Online it looks modern and fresh, but in reality, the rooms are very outdated and worn. The “pool” they advertise is tiny — it’s more like a jacuzzi, not a proper pool. Breakfast was disappointing too. The food was the same every day with no variety. On top of that, you even have to pay extra if you want a cappuccino, which feels quite stingy for a hotel breakfast. Overall, apart from the kind check-in staff, this was a letdown. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Not a 4 stat hotel at all. The pillows are rock hard, ac smells like pee which means built up bacteria and mold. Couldn't sleep because of the smell coming from ac. They changed our room but they sprayed our room with room spray/ perfume so that we couldn't tell if it was still smelling. But after a while it started smelling again. But it was late night for us so had to switch of the ac the whole night. Staffs were nice though. Oh and the a/c smell burns your throat and might give some allergies because it's built up bacteria and mold.
