La Maison Arabe Hotel Spa and Cooking Workshops

My friend and I had such an amazing experience at this hotel! I can’t emphasize enough how honest the staff here are. Here are my top experiences with this property: 1) The hotel is very secure. We are two young women and we felt safe walking around at all hours. There is staff not only in the hotel, but around the outside area too. 2) I had made a mistake with the payment. They were so patient with me. Even though it took a couple of days for me to fix the issue, they still let us stay in our room. I appreciate the trust that they had and how understanding they were. 3) We were about to be overcharged by a taxi late at night. One of the staff stepped in and helped us negotiate with the taxi and didn’t allow him to overcharge us. We wouldn’t have been able to get our money back without his help. 4) The breakfast is also superb and there’s both a buffet and a custom omelette and pancake station. The service at the restaurant is great and the servers are attentive and kind.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The room was large, well appointed, and overlooked the pool. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, tea in the afternoon in the courtyard, and probably the best breakfast of our entire trip. We participated in their cooking class and we’re impressed with the facilities, the instructor, and the manager. It was a lot of fun and very much hands-on.

The plush bedding, quality toiletries, and authentic Moroccan décor made the stay both comfortable and culturally rich. The turndown service with little treats each evening was a lovely touch. Dining: The on-site restaurant is exceptional. Breakfast was fresh and varied — from Moroccan pancakes and dates to freshly baked bread and excellent coffee. Facilities: The pool and spa offer a peaceful escape from the bustling medina. The hammam experience is a must-try — professional, relaxing, and rejuvenating. Service: The staff truly set this hotel apart. Every team member was courteous, attentive, and eager to help with anything. Their warmth made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. Location: Perfectly situated — close enough to the medina to explore on foot, yet tucked away enough to provide a quiet retreat after a day in the busy souks. Overall: La Maison Arabe isn’t just a place to stay — it’s part of the Marrakesh experience. Highly recommended for travellers seeking authentic luxury. We would return without hesitation.
