Great stay with a few small downsides We had a lovely stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — truly one of the highlights of our visit. The food was delicious, the room was clean and beautifully decorated, and we really appreciated the available parking. The pool with slides was a big plus. That said, a few things could be improved. During peak season, only one of the two elevators was working, which meant long waits — sometimes 10–15 minutes. The bathrooms felt a bit tired: worn-out rubber seals caused water to leak onto the floor while showering, and the faucets were old and covered in limescale. Also, there were no slippers or bathrobes in the room — which really should be standard in a resort hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would consider returning if some updates are made.

Arrived yesterday with my partner for our birthdays this week. We are both very disappointed with the rooms, compared to photos online they are very deceiving and lot smaller than we expected. The food is minimal, not much to offer at breakfast only bare basics. The pool is fairly clean only the bar side pool is closed which wasn’t mentioned online when we reviewed & booked the hotel. The bar inside the hotel only offers spirits and Heineken - no cocktails. The lady on reception when we arrived wasn’t very helpful, she hadn’t great English and could barely understand us. Today the lady ( a different person) was most helpful as best as she could. We were not offered any information with regards to the surrounding areas where to find places supermarkets etc. when we arrived. very disappointed & wouldn’t recommend.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. We arrived early around 12pm and waiting 3hrs to check in at 3pm (as that’s the check in time) as the room wasn’t clean yet. When we checked in and went up to the room, the room was full of food crumbs all over the table and floor, the bathroom was absolutely horrific, hair all over the bath, the walls of the shower and glass looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned ever, toe nails next to the toilet, mirrors horrific. We informed the receptionist and she was nice about it, sent someone to re clean the room. The room smelt clean on entering but it was clear it had not been re-cleaned and only some hair was removed from the bath tub. The next day we left the “please make up room” sign on the door, we saw the cleaning lady in our hall way multiple times throughout the day however, at 21:00 the room had still not been made up, no toilet paper, or fresh towels. Hotel has a lot of potential but it is lacking maintenance, everything is run down and worn out. The rooms are spacious but very dated. The bar menu is very disappointing. I’ve stayed in 2* hotels with much cleaner rooms and facilities and a much better general experience. It is in a good location, and we had a nice sea view.
