Excellent food and staff is so friendly! Our favourite restaurant at the Buritaca coast!
We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us! LaMardeBien personnel was very friendly and helpful when we had questions around activities. The facilities were very well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the food throughout the week. As there are only five rooms, the ambience was very cozy and very relaxing as is not crowded at the pool and other places like the hammocks area to relax. Will come back once we'll be in Colombia again!
Dear Sir or Madam, I regret to state that the version of events you have presented does not reflect the truth. Initially, I was informed by you that a wedding would be taking place at the property during the dates of my reservation, and that you were requiring a 50% prepayment. The claim that I failed to respond via WhatsApp is also inaccurate. In fact, I made several attempts to contact you both via WhatsApp and email, but received no reply. I only received a response after posting a review on Google. According to the booking conditions stated on Booking.com, the payment was not due until December 11, 2025. Based on this, I scheduled the top-up of my virtual payment card for that specific date – this is a standard security practice I follow when making online payments. Therefore, I was very surprised by the sudden request for early payment. It appears that the cancellation of my reservation was driven by your need to make rooms available for the wedding, which means the cancellation occurred for reasons entirely on your side. As a result, I incurred additional expenses. During the Christmas and New Year period, accommodation availability is extremely limited and prices are significantly higher. I kindly ask for information on how you intend to compensate me for the losses I have incurred.
