Spotless clean, very big comfortable twin beds with plenty of space to sleep for 2 adults and a 9 year old. We had a room with a very nice view. Great location - 5 minutes walking distance to bridge and old city centre
Great hotel, amazingly helpful and friendly receptionist when I telephoned and when we checked in. Valet parking (secure)15€ per night. Really nice hotel, spotlessly clean, lovely big modern room and bathroom, safety deposit box, plenty of USB charging points, tea/coffee, lots of clean towels, plenty of space to store our many belongings so they were not in our way, great toiletries and accessories provided. Hotel bar/restaurant really nice atmosphere and good service. We didn’t take the breakfast as buffet is one price (16€) and when you have so many food allergy restrictions, it’s not worth it but that’s just how it is for us. Within short walking distance of the bridge and other attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were also super helpful and kind when my husband had a fall in the bathroom and injured himself.
The hotel and room are very well done and updated. It was a good overall stay. They also have good parking. Unfortunately I was placed in a lower room with a window off the street so it was loud, and WiFi was down as well. If possible, I'd make sure you ask for a room not on the B level unless they're completely full.
