La Mejor Hotel & Sky Bar

We loved staying at this hotel. The location is right in the middle of the Old Quarter so really handy, the staff were so friendly and attentive - they couldn’t have done enough for you! The breakfast range in the morning was vast and we loved the sky bar in the evening, great views of the city and a constant happy hour for all residents. All the amenities were to a high standard. We thought it was great value for money with the deals on booking.com. Thanks again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in August 2025. We knew it would be great, but, it was an absolute dream come true! I am travelling through Southeast Asia with my mom, and this hotel truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic time. They were so attentive and caring from start to finish. The rooms were absolutely stunning! They were beautifully decorated, comfortable, and stylish. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to rest and recharge. The nearby area in the old town can be a little overwhelming especially when it is hot, crowded and a lot to take in. We felt very happy to have our retreat in the hotel. And let's not forget about the breakfast! Oh my goodness, it was absolutely divine! The menu was so diverse that we had a real treat. We tried all sorts of new foods, and we even indulged in a classic Western breakfast with bacon, toast, cheese, and ham. Every morning, we had a selection of eggs, omelettes, pho, or traditional Vietnamese dishes to choose from. This hotel was definitely our favourite during our Southeast Asia trip. We can't recommend it enough! If you're ever in the area, make sure to check it out. You won't be disappointed! There is sometimes in the late evening noise from a nearby bar: this is of course no fault of the hotel. We simply put some earplugs in and slept through. The noise seemed to stop around midnight..

We had the BEST experience at La Mejor hotel & sky bar in our quick trip to Hanoi. The location cannot be beat, all of the staff is the most welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. On our last day we were hoping to catch breakfast before it ended, which we thought was 10:30 but was really 10:00. We thought we missed the window and couldn’t get breakfast but to our pleasant surprise we were delivered a packaged breakfast of food that the hotel still had available! All in all, this place was amazing and the rooms were very clean and spacious as well. Would definitely return!
