La Moraleja The Quiet Hotel Adults Only

The most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in! The staff were so lovely and the food was incredible, honestly, breakfast was amazing! Such an amazing selection of food and they will make you fresh special of the day, we had a gorgeous pastry of Mallorca with chilli jam and egg it was delicious! The area around the hotel is lovely, the beaches get busy so we ended up mostly staying at the hotel but it was a perfect break for us! Lots of nice restaurants around and super calm and quiet.

Really good rooms. Happy to have a stay here for a couple of nights. Their amenities are quite decent. The highlight is the staff, who are excellent, and the general cleanliness which is neat and tidy. The library is also worth a visit, and we found a notebook with testimonials of people from the year 1965 and onwards. There is also a book highlighting the history of the area from the early 1900s, which was super cool to read and see pictures from 70-80 years ago. I would say there are some tiny improvements that can be done for the rooms which would make this hotel impeccable. 1. There's an echo in the rooms, so some sound dampening would greatly improve this. 2. The furniture is great, but a lot of the minor details catch your eye, and leads to a small dissatisfaction. For example: the leaking water faucets, the loose toilet seats, tiny refrigerator, bad ventilation in the toilets, etc. Great location and facilities otherwise.

We recently stayed at La Moraleja The Quiet Hotel. The property itself is beautiful, and one of the receptionists was genuinely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the other receptionist was extremely rude after we politely informed her that our room had a severe bug and ant infestation. We even showed her pictures, but she didn’t offer us another room or any kind of solution. The housekeeping service was far from what you’d expect in a five-star hotel. Dirty towels were simply picked up from the floor and re-hung instead of being replaced. The trash wasn’t emptied, the bathroom was never cleaned, and the bugs were never removed. They were even crawling on the toilet paper. All they did was make the bed — nothing else — and this went on for four days. For the amount of money we paid, this was absolutely unacceptable. After expressing our dissatisfaction, instead of offering any resolution, the hotel retaliated by making false claims to Airbnb. They accused us of staining the sofa — which we never even used. These claims were only made after we complained, and seem like a clear attempt to shift blame and avoid accountability.
