The pool is a thing of beauty. A wonderful place to have a swim and a float amongst all the trees and plants. Unfortunately the pool also means there are lots of mosquitoes, and having a ground floor room by the pool meant lots of bites. The room also smelt very musty/mouldy, and the mattresses are absurdly hard. For breakfast, I would implore the hotel to please introduce some non-dairy milk options and vegan food options.

Very cosy place closely located to the city centre however nearby a karaoke bar. Very helpful service. Nice swimming pool. Reasonably okay breakfast.

I will start with the Positives, check in was very easy, as the staff here are excellent, I cannot praise them enough. They all seem very young, but they carry out their duties extremely well. They are very helpful, and willing to listen when you have any problems. This goes for those serving in the restaurant also. However sadly this is let down by the hotel premises themselves, which are I would say in need of much work. As the Hotel has many plants in the centre this is a haven for bugs, these bugs and mosquitoes are everywhere, as a couple of my pictures show, the sliding patio doors have large gaps even when closed. so its not hard for bugs to enter. I woke up to find bugs on the floor, dead bugs stuck to the walls. The AC unit in my first room was not able to keep the room cool, as the room was so large, it struggled to fight the heat, water also started to pour out of it. The room temperature was still 29 deg at night. The door key when you go out, knocks the AC off, so you will come back to a hot room. The TV also had to be seen to, as no channels were available. My second room, as I asked to be moved had the same problem. Lastly the breakfast choice seems quite small. And again because this is all open plan, the restaurant is not cool, whilst it has ceiling fans, these do not keep the food looking fresh. I would not stay here again, but as this was part of a tour, it was chosen for me. The area has a few places to eat, drink coffee, and quite a loud Karaoke bar nearby.
