La Orchard Hotel

A wonderful hotel experience that exceeded our expectations! From the warm welcome at reception to the turndown service each evening, every detail was thoughtfully considered. Though not quite a luxury 5-star property, the level of comfort and service we received certainly merits a 5-star rating. Will definitely return!

I went there with my partner last week. Cons: firstly the room ddnt have towels, had to remind the stuff twice (two different people) for them to be delivered. The walls of the room were dirty or just need repainting, and door just around the handle was chirped. In the morning, breakfast was supposed to be starting at 08:00, but food only started being prepared at 8:30am when chef came to ask what we wanted to eat, and received it 08:45. The dining tables clothes, had food crumbs and stains from the previous night l noticed from our table and the one next to it. Pros: walkable distance to restaurants. The accomodation is quite affordable.

Despite numerous emails, I have not had a response from the hotel regarding my concerns with my booking. Very quick to take my booking and my money, but zero customer service. The hotel was difficult to find in the dark as it was not illuminated. My mother felt unsafe and unwelcome on arrival and chose not to stay the 3 nights booked. I have attempted to contact reception to resolve this, but no response at all! Avoid at your peril. I wish I had read more of the reviews.
