This is a very comfortable hotel. It’s very clean, the rooms have all the needed amenities and everything looks new and modern. The breakfast is good and it has indoor parking for a fee. The most important part of the experience for me was the staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful and made our stay even better. They also provided recommendations for restaurant and sightseeing in the city.
Romantic Hotel with wonderful views of the ocean. Very clean. Comfortable beds. The smile of the owner Alessandro greeting you at the breakfast is outstanding. He & his well trained staff are making you feel like you are a special guest every day. The little surprise gift at the first breakfast is delicious!! So are all the other sweet treats. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the reception staff was truly excellent – very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with a nice variety and good quality. However, for a four-star hotel, I expected much better standards of cleanliness. The bathroom, toilet, and shower were not clean upon my arrival, which was disappointing, and there was visible dust in several areas of the room. Considering the price of the stay, cleanliness should definitely be more carefully managed. Cleanliness is a fundamental part of a comfortable stay, and I believe more attention is needed in this area.
