The ONLY good thing about this place is the view....if you get a window in your room. Our room had NO window at all. The shower floods the bathroom. The food is mid and the employees are RUDE!!!!! Highly suggest to just drive on by and pock the next hotel! The fire alarm went off all night during our stay. The employees did nothing but yell at us and aay go back to bed aomeone is smoking. They did nothing to check or even make us evacuate. Truly dont stay here!
Worst hotel experience ever!!! Our room had no fridge and no window! How is even possible to have a hotel room without a window? To top things off, the fire alarm went off 3 times during the night and woke the entire building up! I went down to complain after the 3rd time and the desk staff just told me to go back to my room and then go home. Then they told me they were calling the police on me for complaining rather than fix the problem!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!!
Beautiful inside but need serious updating. AC was not working properly. Stifling hot room that took hours to cool off to a somewhat comfortable temperature. Guests charged for water. Bees were flying aggressively around breakfast. Dining room attendants slapped at them with a total. When you ask for ice, you'll get 3 or 4 small cubes. Wifi cuts in and out. Nice views of Vesuvius and Bay of Naples.
