La Passion Hanoi Hotel & Spa

Everything was perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We originally booked 2 nights but decided to extend to 4, and because of limitated availability we had to change rooms so we got to see 3 different ones at different price ranges and they were all really lovely. One of the few times the hotel actually matches the pictures on booking apps! But we especially loved all the staff, they were incredibly helpful with any need you might have, from airport pick-up/drop-off, day trips to Halong Bay, Ninh Binh and all the famous places, laundry (very cheap, 2$ per kg) to booking nail appointments and restaurant reservations at no cost! Lovely breakfast as well with the best selection of different food types we've encountered in the last 2 months of traveling. One of our all time hotel experiences and we couldn't honestly recommend more!

This is now my favourite hotel ever. We stayed here twice during our time in Hanoi and both times were perfect. The rooms are spotless, quiet, super comfortable and maintained to a high spec. The breakfast is also super delicious and varied. But as others have said, the real highlight are the staff. All are so welcoming, kind, engaging, and go beyond just normal service. Special shout out to Serena/Anh for remembering us from the first time we visited and making us feel so welcome both times. We will recommend this hotel to everyone if you want an affordable, super good value, treat.

A great hotel for visitors to Hanoi, very central location that felt safe and clean. Staff were a highlight, one female receptionist in particular was extremely helpful and friendly to us. Rooms were really nice, lots of power outlets and luggage space. Beds were really uncomfortable but we survived.
