⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at La Passion Premium Cau Go Hotel in Hanoi was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The entire hotel exudes a sense of freshness — fragrant, clean, and impeccably maintained. We booked the suite with a lake view, and it was nothing short of luxurious: spacious, comfortable, and equipped with every modern convenience you’d expect. The hotel breakfast experience was equally delightful. The chef and food attendants were not only friendly and lively but also went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs. They even made my husband’s birthday extra special — surprising him with a delicious cake and a cheerful song at breakfast, and then another cake at dinner. Both were as tasty as they were thoughtful. A special mention goes to the reception staff, especially Bach. His warmth, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail truly stood out. He gave us fantastic recommendations for things to see and do in the Old Quarter, and on our last day, he presented us with a handwritten farewell card — such a personal and touching gesture. Housekeeping was also consistently excellent. Fresh towels, linens, and amenities were provided daily with care, and everything was always spotless. Overall, our experience here was nothing short of exceptional. If you’re looking for the best accommodation in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, we wholeheartedly recommend La Passion Premium Cau Go Hotel. We left with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for the staff’s genuine hospitality.

Hands down the best hotel that Ive stayed in Hanoi so far. Staffs were great. Breakfast was delicious as there were a lot of choices too. A special shout out to the hotel manager Mr Jimmy for making sure we were always comfortable. My partner and I enjoyed every second of our stay here. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

We booked the suite at La Passion premium and enjoyed our stay so much. The staff was so accommodating, big shout out to Sylvia at the front desk! The moment we got there she was so helpful with giving us recommendations on what to do and where to eat. They were able to accommodate us and let us check in early and had welcome drinks prepared. The room itself was very spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. The hotel is centrally located in the old quarter with lots of shops around that you can explore during the day! The Front Desk staff even helped us prepare a breakfast to go since we couldn’t wait until the restaurant opened. The dining room and the sky bar has a wonderful view of the lake, definitely recommend checking it out! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel again if we came back to Hanoi!
