Highly recommended you stay here if you visit this side of town! Very walkable to downtown area & the beach. Staff is also great!

Good breakfast, nice views, very friendly staff who also speak English. Rooms slightly outdated and in need of maintenance or updates; wooden sliding doors to balcony almost impossible to operate and open, window lock in bathroom broken and not functional (so we had to shower with an open window, which is also open at night). This is all still above general and average Brazilian standards, so all-in-all excellent.

We were extremely disappointed with the service at this spa. We reached out via WhatsApp to book a same-day appointment after being told they had slots available. However, after requesting to confirm the booking, we received no response for over two hours. We tried calling multiple times through phone and WhatsApp, but nobody answered. It felt like they were deliberately ignoring us. Frustrated, we decided to use a different WhatsApp account to reach out, and they replied - only to inform us there were no slots available anymore. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. If they couldn't accommodate us, they should have communicated clearly instead of leaving us waiting and wasting our time. We wouldn't recommend this spa to anyone looking for reliable service.
