Kindness and courtesy first and foremost. Professionalism and attention to guests' requests. Very clean structure and well-stocked welcome kit with tea, drinks (including hot ones) and some snacks. Water in the room already in the fridge. The bathroom is equipped with all comforts. Excellent location, very central a few meters from the cathedral and 40 steps from the sea. A welcome smile and a smile after check out. Without a doubt it is a place where you return with great pleasure.
Great stay at La Perla del Mare! Perfect location in Monopoli’s historic center, clean and well-equipped rooms, and super friendly staff. Pro tip: it’s cheaper to book directly with them. Overall a fantastic place. highly recommend!
An unsettling experience, rooms clean and ready for guests, breakfast fine, but no one came with the keys for 2 hours, then the room I'd booked on the ground floor because of my partial disability was not available, although no one used it during my stay. After accepting a room up a flight of 14 steps I was asked to pay in cash! Bizarre.
