La Petite Salil Sukhumvit Thonglor 1

Ive been coming back and fort to front desk and they even checked with their guys about our room being so warm and the ac not working and only tonight about 6hrs before we leave they listened and offer to change rooms. They dont believed me and kept telling me that we set the temperature wrong etc just wait awhile. Very bad experience. You dont listen to your guests. It wasnt a comfortable stay. The hotel is pretty but the ac is not working. The hallway is colder than our room!!! Its upsetting.

Lovely little hotel in Thonglor! I stayed for two nights 2 different times in January. The first time I got there 3 hours early and the most lovely lady at reception let me check in, I also asked if the room had a view to which she upgraded my room to the beautiful balcony room! It was so lovely of her and the room was great. The pool is cute and basic, as well as the breakfast. The hotel is good for a city break! I used grab bike and taxi every time I went out here! The second time I stayed I got a room on top of the bar! It was quite loud at night unfortunately but it does end at around 1:30am. They also have a washing machine and dryer on site which is helpful and you can get tokens at the reception. Thank you very much for the stay! I appreciate it:)

DO NOT STAY HERE: I never write bad reviews but La Petite Salil is DISAPPOINTING and the hotel itself is DISGUSTING. Still would have given it 2 stars but the way they treated me was DISGRACEFUL. We found a big cockroach in the room. After being embarrassed in the lobby, the hotel staff moved us to a bigger room, but continually said that they could not control the bugs in their rooms. So travellers beware. You are staying at a hotel that openly admits to having LOW STANDARDS FOR CLEANLINESS AND INSECT MANAGEMENT. Just have a look around the place, stains everywhere in the carpets, weird scratches and scraps on walls/doors, disgusting smells in the ground floor(I assume sewage smells from somewhere). After asking for a refund for our stay (we refused to stay after), they simply stated they had no power in the matter of refunds…ridiculous, this is your hotel. Bangkok is not an extremely clean place but come on….a hotel that says that can’t control their own bug problem? What a fine establishment….Would recommend staying at any of the other hotels in the area. @salil, if you’d like to give us a refund contact me, but this videos stays here
