Very nice spacious apartment, landlord a bit stressful

Very good location, however, cramped apartment for 5 people, no comforts, old furniture, cramped shower, only 1 toilet for 5 people, old toilet converted into a bedroom with a sofa bed. Unpleasant, unfriendly owner. He asked us several times to give a 10/10 on booking. When we left our comment, the owner responded on booking and on whatsapp in an unprofessional manner. We noticed that he does not accept any criticism, often retorting that the apartment had been dirty, that a report would be made to booking and that his only response was the + 200 positive reviews and his rating of 9.5 (it should be noted that he certainly asks other customers to leave a 10/10 which biases his rating). I would add that the simple fact of living in an apartment implies that the apartment gets dirty, which seems rather logical to me and that in a completely unexplained way only the customers who left a review have dirty the apartment.
