La Quinta by Wyndham Abu Dhabi Al Wahda

We had a wonderful stay at La Quinta by Wyndham Abu Dhabi Al Wahda. The staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service, from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The room is clean, modern, big and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the complimentary water, tea/coffee and strong Wi-Fi. The housekeeping boy from the 10th floor was very accommodating and respectful of the guests. Although we missed our breakfast, there are other things that you can enjoy in the morning, like the gym, pool, sauna and steam room. Overall, La Quinta exceeded my expectations. It's an excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again or recommend it to friends who wished to have a staycation. I would like to commend also, Ms. Rocelle, who assisted me from the booking to checking in. Also, Ms. Shiny and Ms. Sana who were friendly and accommodating as well. Keep it up!

Wonderful Stay at La Quinta Abu Dhabi – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing experience staying at La Quinta Abu Dhabi, located right beside Al Wahda Mall. Coming from Dubai and unfamiliar with hotels in Abu Dhabi, we were pleasantly surprised by how accessible this hotel is. The room was very clean, smelled great, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the sauna and steam room, and the rooftop pool offers a lovely view of the city. A special thank you to Mr. Hamad Ali at the reception—he was incredibly accommodating and attentive to our requests. We also appreciate the thoughtful gesture of providing a complimentary cake for my friend’s birthday—it made the celebration extra special. Overall, it was a stay well worth the price. Highly recommend this hotel, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!

We’ve been loyal guests of this hotel in the past and even rated it 5 stars because of the excellent service, well-maintained rooms, and overall welcoming atmosphere. However, our recent stay was quite disappointing and did not meet the standards we were once accustomed to. The rooms no longer seem to be as well cared for — cleanliness and upkeep have noticeably declined. What was once a comfortable and refreshing environment now feels a bit neglected. We were also let down by the service at the front desk. The current male reception staff appeared less hospitable and not as guest-focused as we’ve experienced before. We especially appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the previous Filipino staff, who always made us feel welcome and valued. It seems there may have been changes in management or staffing, which unfortunately have affected the overall guest experience. We sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback constructively and works towards bringing back the level of service and care that made this hotel a favorite of ours. We would love to return in the future — hopefully to see improvements that restore the hotel’s former excellence.
