Overall, the hotel offers a high-quality experience. The food was varied, delicious, and fresh. Beverage service was also sufficient and of good quality. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. Throughout our stay, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. However, the only downside was the music volume. Especially in the evening hours, the excessively loud music disturbed my wife and made it difficult for us to relax. If more attention is paid to this issue, the hotel would be almost perfect. Still, we were generally satisfied and would recommend it.

A little bit far from the airport, but worth the journey, taxi driver was the best, at hotel check-in, received the best service ever! Felt like I was royalty, from day 1 to the end. The room was that of a royal princess. In all my travels, this has by far been the best hotel and stay ever.

Checked in earlier than the stated check in time of 15.00 and room wasn’t ready which is ok and expected during busy Summer. The fact was, I was there for business not holidays so I didn’t want to kill time going to the beach or going for the all inclusive lunch. I just sat in the reception patiently and waited. The lady said she would call me when a room was ready. After 1.15 hours I went back to ask how it was going…. To which she said ‘oh sorry, please remind me of your name..?’ The key and check in paper was sat on top of the desk and for how long, who knows?? I might add all the time I was sitting there she wasn’t busy. @Hotel please indicate on your website when booking a specific room category if it DOESNT have elevator access!! My room is 4 floors of stairs up with no elevator access. On check in, the bell boy kindly assisted me. On check out I departed at 7am. When do the bell boys start their day? 8am! Super 🙄 This hotel is absolutely over run with one Nationality of tourist only and if you are not from that country you will feel a bit like a black sheep in the crowd As a solo female business traveller I absolutely can not recommend this hotel and I even found the way to my room a little creepy. Like the old run down part of the hotel that someone forgot. Sorry I will not be back.
